Drudkh - They Often See Dreams About The Spring CD

Їм часто сниться капіж is a beautiful, melancholic, and timeless effort, rivaling the best releases thus far from Drudkh. Melodies dance in and out of major keys, with harmonies texturing and completing them. Thurios' vocals are strong, punctual, and hate filled. Vlad's drumming utilizes numerous and memorable techniques, from double bass laden work, to colorful cymbal heavy passages, and even some very tribal sounding tom work. The synths, while not overly prevalent help overlay the chordal progressions of the rest of the instrumentation, adding pigment to the already lush groundwork. Krechet's bass playing is phenomenal as always, without needing to rely on over complexity; he fills out the sound nicely. Lastly, Roman's compositions show mature, and remarkable musicianship, and his guitar work with Thurios is ingenious.
