AVULSED - Nullo (The Pleasure Of Self-Mutilation) CD

Avulsed are brutal death metal, that’s all I have to say while starting to play the CD in my PC, I got impressed instantly. The are several reasons why this is a great CD mainly for those who are lovers of death metal and other brutal genders. First of all the sound is very clear, I’ve noticed that the production is very good in all aspects of the recording, so all about Nullo was OK for me. The style is brutal death metal in the vein of the best masters, mainly those of early '90s like Suffocation, Autopsy, Immolation and Carcass; of course Avulsed is an original band and has created a very strong Death Metal.

Nullo has eleven tracks full of sickness and perversion, what the most called my attention in this album was that they mix all about brutality and great melodic parts in order to have a killer style which is also fast and powerful with very intense riffs and solos, bass and drums are a killer complement too for the songs created by Avulsed. All the songs were amazing for me since first listening but I can mention some of them like: Breaking Hymens, Nullo (The Pleasure of Self Mutilation), Nazino (Cannibal Hell) and Penectomia, that songs are some of the best in this release, in fact the entire album is like a tribute to sickness! How the hell is that possible?
